I agree with Zapp.

After all, the Inferno advented the developement of the larger versions, clearly built by the Outcasts. So what sets the larger versions apart from the smaller one? The fact that they're so in-demand by all the... Cap... Bad people that it would seem only logical so as to avoid an angry mob assailing the forums? Nay! It is OORP. It's just the amount of people wanting them that keeps them up for grabs. Same argument for Order tech.

Oh! About the Zoners. You don't see a SN being sold on FP 4 in Magellan. So when you say, "Zoners are free for all! Up for grabs by anybody!", take into consideration which FP you have to fly to to get that tech. I don't like seeing a Navy pilot flying through the Omicrons saying, "OHAI! im vziting the zoners, k? there ffa, lolz." Or... Say, a Rogue flying for an armor upgrade (sure, its sold in Cassini, but for the purposes of this example) "Ya. Teh zonerz? Ya. I visit them in delta. They lyke us there cuz' they're nootral. Ya. Free for all? Ya."

Just my kibbles and bits... Or... That might be a little bit weird. My two cents.:P
