Battleship Inferno

Quick question, are these weapons free for all or limited to Outcasts? I know the Fighter version is outcast only but what about for capships?

I dont really want to go and purchase a set and then be considered OORP or anything like that...

Was wondering that myself, as my ship thats using them is an Osiris.

I have Cap Armor VI, 2 Inferno's, 1 Heavy Mortar, Train cruise disruptor, and the rest order/corsair made Solaris turrets.

@ Magoo, not to nitpick, but Freeport 4 in Magellan is an IMG base. Not sure how that happened *same puzzled look as when i first found that out*, cuz i remember it being a zoner freeport in vanilla. You do have a point with the quote though.
