Question on ID's vs ship use

Ok, little background first.

I was running an Akegata transport prior to the 2ndlast(?) update on a ID that it seemed to be happy with, I can't remember which one.
I logged and checked the ID because the notice said to and that all armor had gone away, plus a few other tweaks.
Notice my ID had been changed to Kusari Police for some reason.
While this didn't affect my usage of the ship, it DID affect where I could go, because Police don't usually go out of their ZOI.

So... I've sold that ship and switched back to a Freelancer ID and a much smaller ship.... for the moment.

I've done some research (amazing ain't it) and discovered that the tech chart says that I can run the Akegata on the following ID's;

Deep Space Engineering
Universal Shipping
Interspace
Orbital Spa & Cruise
Zoners
OSI

Now the issue is, this being a RP server, some or all of these may be restricted access and also, none of them have a cargo limit listed on the web page and I realize this may be different in game.

What I want to know is, which one can I use?

The character is one of my major trading vessels, so I would *really* like to use the Akegata if possible, because cargo space (4100) and the fact it doesn't look like a pile of scrap metal.
