Bonjour Command,

During my patrol in Languedoc, I encountered a "Redemption"-class battleship, designated [FGL]VG-Mazaran, transmitting propaganda and blocking the route to the Ile-de-France jump gate. Upon confirming its position, an impromptu task force was swiftly assembled, consisting of GNI/-Marquis.d'Eguilly and the GN-Duc.d'Heros (a Valor-class battleship).

Before engaging, we identified the traitor known as "Admiral" Emile Dandonneau onboard the [FGL]VG-Mazaran. The combined firepower of our task force proved more than sufficient to handle the outdated and elaborate collection of spare parts utilized by the terrorists. After sustaining heavy damage, the enemy vessel retreated towards the Saint-Hippolyte Nebula. The captain of the GN-Duc.d'Heros deemed it too much risk of an ambush to pursue the "Redemption" into the nebula, resulting in the pursuit being called off.

Recommendation:

These Maquisards continue to be a nuisance and waste our resources. I recommend that we identify and eliminate the location where these relics are being serviced to neutralize the threat effectively.
