I logged out.
The IMG|GPV-Cuba that killed me logged out.
So, acording to the rules i can act as i did 25 minutes later.
I log back in, and he logs back in and comes to my encounter to find a report?

Encounter time was:
[07.06.2024 23:24:21]
This is the time the second encounter ocurred:
[07.06.2024 23:49:18]

So 25 minutes later he sees me and logs on to fish a report?
The same guy that logs in exclusively to come find BMF| ships, kill them and then delog?
