After ending my Premiership some years ago, and spending the following time among the ranks of our Comrades in Rheinland, I have finally returned home to our nation. Should the Commissariat wish to question or penalize me after such a long absence, I understand fully, and will not resist.

I've come home to where I belong, and I stand ready to serve the people, and our glorious Revolutionary Army, in whatever way is required of me.
