Its not "so out of date", in all honesty, the only thing thats changed is the member list, but the time its been the same has been quite long. In terms of time, its out of date. In terms of accuracy, not so much. The main aspect, the diplomacy, remains unchanged.

I apologise for not clarifying that point in my first post and will make an effort to contact majkp to rectify the post in the near future.
