Ensign Mckinley has displayed great dedication to the cause, volunteering for patrols far beyond the call of duty to ensure that the Nomads are contained and eradicated. In recognition of your dedication the Order Overwatch awards you the rank of Commander. Congratulations Commander. Your future is looking bright.

Commandant Narson has proven the ability to rise to the occasion time and time again. In recognition of this the Order Overwatch hereby grans the rank of Captain. Congratulations Captain. You are now part of the officer command structure, We look forward to seeing your reports from your first assignments as commanding officer on the scene.

Captain Stalgrenn has provided valuable assistance on key assignments, pulling the rears of operatives out of the proverbial fire. The Order Overwatch awards him with rank of Major. Congratulations Major. Keep up the excellent work, the new recruits will surely continue to look up to you.

Commandant Hermann has proven to not only be able to do what is needed, but also make sure we maintain our moral compass. In our line of work we often have to cross over lines we would never want to do. It is good to have people who remind us that those actions do not define us. In recognition of these achieved feats the Order Overwatch appoints you to the rank of Captain. Congratulations Captain. Our expectations will be even higher now that you are a senior officer.

Major Smith, you have demonstrated exceptional skill and dedication to our cause for many years. Your recent performance regarding the investigation into Nomad presence in Ontario has been exemplary so far. Given your exemplary performance and the sensitivity of your current assignment the Order Overwatch welcomes you to its highest echelons with the rank of Colonel. Congratulations Colonel. It was long overdue.
