I'm a tad confused about something in said diplomacy; why are the Kusari Naval Forces and the State Police listed under Neutral? Below are quotes from the infocards ingame.
Is there any friendly roleplay going on between KNF and TBH? Sorry, should I have missed something.
Edit: And, since Del mentioned it; one of those non-existant factions is the Workers' Front. Dead for a long time, if I remember correctly.
