They're not explicitly outlawed in Bretonia. While players may play up the Molly friendship, if it was a full-fledged alliance then IMG would logically be shot on sight by Bretonian lawfuls. I don't believe they are. IMG have to delicately balance their unlawful relations (that save them harassment from pirate groups and allow them to sneakily support them) with lawful ones to be able to function as a corporation.

So, they can fly for either side, as I believe this event allows. If you want to play a more MILITANT IMG that really goes hard on the unlawful aspect, you're welcome to do so, but I would also kind of expect that to be a rare case where a House FR5 would be fully justified.
