I have reviewed the evidence presented to me, and am proud to announce the following promotions within the officer ranks of the Rheinwehr:

Oberleutnant Karl Holzner, to be promoted to the rank of Kapitanleutnant.

Flieger Max Muller, to be promoted to the rank of Gefreiter.
