On the formation of the Anti-Terrorist Operation Area:

The Bretonian Armed Forces would like to remind the respected commerce captains traversing Bretonian Space of the on-going blockade operations, namely:

• Any ships found within the Dublin system are to be destroyed or boarded and impounded, with the exception of those belonging to the Bretonian Authorities, Bretonian Crown Coporations & Gateway Shipping and Bounty Hunters Guild;
  
• Any ships found within New London's Cumbria and Southampton fields, with the exception of a corridor between Belvedere Refinery and Trafalgar Base, shall have their cargo destroyed or impounded. Exceptions to this law are given to ships belonging to the Bretonian Authorities, Bretonian Crown Corporations & Gateway Shipping and the Bounty Hunters Guild.
