This report is about a encounter with the same alien individual mentioned in the previous one.

Upon arrival at the Brittany anomaly, accompanying the Marquis d'Eguilly, We proceed to converse with said Alien entity. The conversation shed light on both the source of their hostility and their supposedly the primary objective.

The alien entity revealed that their hostilities towards Sirians were acts of defense, driven by a desire to reclaim what they consider their birthright, which they believe was taken by Sirians. Their goal is to reach deep inside the space of house Liberty, likely targeting Ageira's secrets that allowed them to construct jump gates.

On the a more positive note we seemingly negotiated a non-aggression agreement, contingent on our forces not breaching the "sanctuary" located beyond the anomaly in the Brittany system.

Recommendation:

I would recommend the continuation of the cautious pursuit of neutrality with the Aliens while simultaneously working on better understanding them to counter any possible infiltrations. It would be prudent to bolster our security forces attached to any active excavation and possibly even limit the allowed interaction between those involved with the outside world until we have a better picture of what is the effect on the human mind of being exposed to the psionic energies emitted by the Aliens.

If there is a possibility, I would like to reach out to Sirian organizations involved with the Aliens to see how they deal with mental assaults conducted by their enemies.
