Agree with most of what you say. The single player campaign has been deactivated long ago because too much has changed stat-wise, you wouldn't be able to fight rheinland gunboats or battleships in a bretonian or kusari fighter anymore like in vanilla.

You are criticising the same things I did. The server is just too centered around PvP, less around RP as was the actual intention. Every sense of acomplishment like exploring, doing missions or building something has been taken away or severely nerfed or over-complicated. Too few non-combat events and too few opportunities for the players to actually shape the environment remain, so new players are seldom attracted and old players, sitting on mountains of credits, don't want to make it easier for newbies.
