To the most honourable and illustrious Emperor and the Kusari Government:
On behalf of Samura Heavy Industries Resource Acquisition division, I petition for your consideration a request for a new facility located in Kyushu, in quadrant C3.
The purpose of this station, which we propose to name Miyazaki Refinery, will be for Niobium smelting and processing for eventual transportation and sale at Xuanming Trade Centre.
It is our sincere belief that this new venture will not only strengthen and grow Samura Heavy Industries itself, but that it will also serve to boost the materials and ore sector in our beloved Kusari.
As with our existing station in Shikoku, this newly proposed station will abide to the strictest health and safety standards.
As this commercial endeavour will provide employment for several hundred Kusarians in the immediate Kyushu locale we would kindly request a fee waiver as this project aligns with the Kusari state rebuilding efforts.
