The Chamber used to be located on Arranmore, but has since been moved to Connacht Depot as the latter grew into an important RPA hub. There are many issues afflicting the young Republic that get brought up in this room. Representatives of worker collectives, civilian enclaves and warship crews that make up the Assembly gather on this floor to bring their cases before the Chancellor.

Due to wartime strains, it is rare for the entire Assembly to gather for a session. It usually happens for important decisions like the election of a new Chancellor. But only a few members are involved in the day-to-day tasks of running the Republic. They are the Chancellor himself and his team of assistants, collectively known as the Chancellor's Office, the Admiral of the Provisional Republic Fleet, the heads of the Mining Corps and the Free Dublin Shipping Company, the Director of Assembly Military Intelligence, base administrators and the commanders of major cells.

Allowances are made for Assembly members whose regular duties prevent them from regularly participating in the political process. They are sent regular updates, are able to cast their votes remotely, and can have another member present their case on their behalf via written word. Though it is customary to vote on new legislation, in practice these votes are mostly symbolic. The Chancellor's emergency powers grant the office vast authority over the Assembly, and though he must still balance the opinions of the Assembly's different factions, he is not required to bog every minor decision down in the democratic process.
