External Notice Sent

Hiroyuki Orihara here of the Niobium Mining sub-division of the Resource Acquisition department of Samura Heavy Industries

This is a public notice that, after careful review, the esteemed Torishimariyaku of Resource Management Mr. Koshimura-san has graciously approved the opening of applications for external Niobium mining subcontractors. Applicants will be vetted in accordance with Samura Heavy Industries Human Resources guidelines.

The external comms have been updated to reflect this change in policy.
