I am Setsuna Kobayashi, head of the Mizurashi Diplomatic Section of Battlegroup Ouroboros. I am reaching out to you regarding attempting to establish diplomatic ties on behalf of our central command, or CENTCOM for short.
Battlegroup Ouroboros is the successor of the ill-fated Ouroboros Revolutionary Group, a pro-democratic Kusari movement that suffered a setback in 825 AS resulting in a forced flight to the Taus, which ended in the loss of our flagship following a freak energy pulse. Following 8 years in cryostasis and conventional travel in deep space, we are seeking to return and establish ties, rebuild our forces, and reattempt to make headways back into Kusari at a later time.
That being said, we wish to establish a diplomatic channel with the Independent Miners Guild. The IMG has, historically, been willing to look the other way regarding quasi-lawful and even unlawful causes within Sirius, and to our understanding in our absence, the IMG has suffered greatly in the Gallic War, with the destruction of Aland Shipyard, among countless others, albeit not just at Gallia's hand.. but Bretonia's.
We have been enlightened to the cause of the RPA as well, and have taken umbrage with the Crown's flagrant atrocities across their own house. Suffice to say, we may be of Kusari origin, but Ouroboros has, and always will seek to aid and abet the causes of liberty, human rights and democracy wherever it may be under threat to the best of our ability, be it in Kusari, or elsewhere in Sirius.
Of course, we also are willing to assist in other matters, as our logistics teams are also more than able to help move IMG goods to.. shall we say, less than above board clients, or, provide intelligence that may be of benefit to the IMG's aims or security.
That being said, we are still in transit, but should be within IMG space in the Taus, come later this coming month, as we transit south to our potential staging area in Inverness, where we will likely be operating for the forseeable future.
