Umm... Take psuedo away from that statement.

They are indeed official, its not some stupid tag like [T] for trader. Join up with them if you want.

At the moment, Tinkerbell withdrew the Junker Congress faction request but he's going to re-submit. Talk to him for hawt Junker-on-Junker action if you're really into that sort of thing.

Or... Wait.

... Maybe I misunderstood the Junker part.
