It seems you're missing the point that you've had the better partt of a year to realize that you need to move your base before it had a siege declared on it. The Bundschuh didn't have a problem with where your base was located before because it wasn't less than 10km from their base, so they had no reason to attack it. The system layour got changed months ago and everyone that had a base in system had the option to move theirs because of it, a prime example being another base that had ended up almost touching Hammersee. Expecting everything to exist as if nothing changed is a failure on your part, you've had more than enough time to either request your base to be moved by the admins or for you to talk to the locals about the issue with your base.
