This is a roleplay community. Regardless of certain people's desire to wish it were not so, or less so, that is what it is, and that is likely what it will be, until whoever keeps paying the bills to keep the lights on, stops doing so.
By participating in this community, you agree to a social contract, as one does with any community. by failing to adhere to that social contract, you open yourself up to, at best, ridicule, and at worst, outright hostility. SwiftWing has decided not to participate in any meaningful capacity, even at a bare minimum, in the roleplay environment. He also has failed to, when he has had several months to remedy this issue pre-emptively, not done so.
If Ouroboros put a POB in front of Planet New Tokyo, I'm certain Werdackel and pals would not like that and would proceed to blast it to kingdom come. By failing to take advantage of moving the POB following the 5.1 update - or calling for help from local authorities, Swiftwing has done the exact same thing as in that hypothetical - a complete disregard for the situation at hand, and as such, it should not be surprising that his failure to adhere to the social contract is reciprocated by Platform in the form of a Siege Declaration.
I can sympathize with his impending loss of all his hard work. What I cannot, is when he has been given a persistent opportunity to cure this issue, either ooRP or inRP, that he only now tries to do something at the 11th hour, when all options are now null and void.
He made his bed. He should pack it up and go elsewhere with his PoB once it's gone.
