Mr. Minister of Industry and Commerce of the Kusari Government:

We have received an order for a Liner-class ship, named Amaterasu, from the OS&C company, located on the planet Curaçao in the Cortez System, bordering Liberty and Bretonia.

At first, Samura, through my board, recommended that OS&C consult the Kusari Government about this, as we know how this ship has the potential to sail the universe and defend itself very well in the event of a pirate attack and the troublemakers that swarm Sirius in general. They did so and notified us here of the response received, in which the Economy, Industry & Finance Minister - Ryuu Majima instructed us to request a vacancy at our Yokohama shipyard in the following sentences:

• Director Kamimura must present in writing his approval of such project and an estimated time frame for a vacancy at the Yokohama dry docks. The construction of an Amaterasu class is a slow progress and Yamakazi-san was correct regarding the current and future bulk orders that require significant amounts of Yokohama's capacity. Domestic concerns take priority over export business.
  

In view of these facts, Samura Heavy Industries requests:

1. - Authorization to build and sell to OS&C a ship of the Samura "Amaterasu" Kusari Liner class;
   
2. - To intersperse a vacancy between Samura Heavy Industries' commitments and those already made with the Jusari Government for this purpose, namely the construction of the Samura "Amaterasu" Kusari Liner to supply and order our tourism business partner OS&C.
   

Therefore, we await your response and availability of minutes for the start of Samura's specialized labor on this ship..
