Onto another matter I saw:

Kusari: We are neutral to them due to the Kusari/Bretonian war, so we are allowed here, however do not pirate Kusari shipping. Also, we have allied bases in New Tokyo (Hogasha) and Kyushu (Farmers Alliance)

Although we are your allies, the Farmer's Alliance and Hogosha do not welcome Corsairs that aren't there on special visit. We take care of your interests in Kusari, and you don't enter Kuari, that is the deal. If you are seen there, you will be kindly asked to get out, by either us or the KNF, and if you do not comply, we, as per the directive of Taishi Ze'ev Barak, have full rights to terminate you. Hogosha directive may be different, but that is how the AFA and KNF act. Just so we won't have any confusion. :)
