As to your question about pro-environmental efforts in Dublin, you're well aware that Leeds was the work of billions of people over many centuries. Dublin doesn't have any planets, and the few planetoids large enough to support construction are completely barren, with no native ecosystem that the gold extraction would threaten. Frankly, we're more worried about the ruined jump gate possibly imploding than our industrial footprint, but that's a question for Ageira.

But don't get me wrong. We're well accustomed to life in scarcity. We try to find a practical use for any waste products and scrap instead of simply dumping them into space. I couldn't tell you about the specific techniques we use, because I am not a refinery operator, but I hope that answers your question.

If you want to proceed with the accord, I believe it'll be enough to define special interest areas of our factions which will require express permission to enter.
