Your request is approved with the caveat that any cloaking technology in use by your ships not be actively in use while within Gallic space. Any evidence of this will result in the suspension of this license, and potential banning of all of your ships from Gallia on the whole. This also applies to any sort of portable wormhole generator system that your ships may have equipped, as Gallia does not appreciate guests that we do not know the origin of.
