- Fixed: Issue with Fleury-Merogis Prison Station causing players to undock with Rambouillet Shipyard
- Fixed: Issue with Planet Harris causing players to undock with a nearby decorative prop.
- Fixed: Planet Sudbury beam now properly lethal.
- Fixed: Romsey Graveyard in New London duplicate removed.
- Fixed: Stopped NPCs killing thesmelves (as frequently) around Ames Research, Kepler
- Fixed: visual issue with asteroid band in Omicron Zeta.
- Fixed: visual issue with asteroid band in Stuttgart
- Changed: Adjustment to the death zone surrounding the Coronado comet.
- Changed: Base price for producers of Gold (Arranmore / PNL) revised slightly down.
- Changed: Battleship Myoko moved to Junyo, Battleship Nagasaki moved to Shikoku. 1 news article added, various infocards updated.
- Changed: Bomber torpedo adjustments.
- Changed: Capital ship weapons and shields no longer use cargo volume, except for CODE weapons.
- Changed: Culled many resellers for HRCs involved in manufacturing. The overly accessible cross-region resellers trivialized many manufacturing recipes as there was no genuine consideration between time vs cost. HRCs will now be widely accessible through resellers within their production source region + adjacent areas only, with some exceptions (shipyards + intel bases).
- Changed: Exclusion zones added to Tau-31 Trade Lanes.
- Changed: Hegemon strafe speed reduced; strafe energy drain reduced. Thrust speed increased (to the originally intended 200 m/s), now has more thruster energy recharge to work with.
- Changed: Increased drop rate for encounter weapons, reduced encounter AI aggressiveness.
- Changed: Inputs for ship components doubled; production bonuses also doubled.
- Changed: Kansas wreck updated to reflect infocard description.
- Changed: Kensington docking bays only functional on the front; will no longer fire snubs into Planet Dover.
- Changed: Many guns with very small cargo volume settings have had their volume removed.
- Changed: Omicron Psi encounter Bustard now static and protected within Nomad base shield.
- Changed: Pirate cruiser outside Arranmore swapped to Molly rep to stop it shooting IMG patrols.
- Changed: Producers for various pilot commodities suppressed.
- Changed: Pricing logic changed for Casualties, Scrap Metal and Toxic Waste. Most bases that sell these now have little interest in buying them back, and will offer $1 / base value. Experimental change.
- Changed: Reduced durability of Rheinland battlecruiser front section.
- Changed: Removed some Ile-de-France border cruisers so they are only present at Jump Gates.
- Changed: Ship component production bonuses amended for cross-region factions. They now receive 2 bonuses on 1 commodity from each region they border:

--Bristol: Avionics (Liberty), Propulsion (Rheinland)
--Crayter: Interior (Liberty), Superstructure (Bretonia)
--IMG: Propulsion (Rheinland), Reactor (Bretonia)

- Changed: Siege ammo now takes up a small amount of cargo volume.
- Changed: Slightly increased drop chances associated with Cruiser Defence Mortar.
- Changed: Slightly increased drop chances associated with Omicron Psi encounter.
- Changed: Tweaked radiation settings in Dublin, Tau-23, Tohoku, Unknown.
- Changed: Various faction NPC rep settings fixed to more closely resemble player rephacks:

--Bretonian and Gallic corps will now fight each other (Freiburg should be interesting).
--EFL now mutually hostile with Ageira and DSE.
--GNI reps adjusted to set other intel + Bretonian / Kusari factions mutually hostile.
--Militants set mutually hostile to Corsairs.
--Technocracy reps adjusted to set Bretonian and Liberty groups mutually hostile.

- Changed: ship components volume reduced from 50 to 30
