To all planetary governors on planet Pygar, The Deterrence wish to contact you today looking to start a worthwhile endeavour.

The defense budget of the Imperio has increased and a share has gone into a new line of Deterrence ships the Elders wish to have complete as soon as possible. As the production of the vessels is ongoing, we are gathering materials and bulding supplies to stockpile the shipyards with enough of it to meet demand.

As a protectorate of the Imperio, we have the obligation to ask you and we believe that this potential partnership could serve the interests of both parties. With the additional manpower provided by your people, you contribute significantly to this project. Thus this new army will be a force that will improve the defences in Omicron Theta, as well as handle this incursion of Rheinland vessels into the system.

The Conclave sees the potential of the Pygar people and would like to explore ways in which we can contribute to shared prosperity while fulfilling our obligations to the Imperio. The Deterrence shall be waiting for your response and we shall discuss how we can make this work.
