All I can say is that Raul.Sanchez is man that is keeping 101st alive... I agree with everything Nico said and then some... We are constantly trying to involve 101st in everything what RoS does, but we can't because we can't find them... I remember like week or two ago we were watching 7 CRs in T23 , I automatically PMed Raul(JuraII) and told him to pay attention, which he was doing and one SoB who brought 5 -6 ppl online in matter of minutes... to fight back (nothing happened that time)... point is that RoS logged on , SoB logged on and Raul logged on....

I also agree with chopper about 101st doesn't have nothing to offer to new players or more experienced ones, yes, well make "secret" spy wings, or "stealth" assassins wing or anything that can spice up things for you... Have regular practice sessions and regular gatherings just to show force, it will spice things even more.

IMO, 101st could offer a lot just that job takes time and money to keep it going... I never questioned your RP (Zapp is walking legend with his stories), also Eppy is really good RP-er... my only issue is lack of commitment from certain players... log on patrol, RP or just sit on the base for 30 minutes or hour each day and that will help too...

Devote time to training new members and recruiting more... I bet every 2nd-3rd new player on Disco wants to be an Outcast... We in RoS take them in when they apply then train them for very long period of time, teaching them how to play Disco basically and at the end we end up with really good players which will for sure be part of stable long-term RoS body...

EDIT: We don't ask anyone to join RoS... most of them joins RoS cause they see us online most of the time and that is what people like because they know once they log on they will not be alone roaming around !
