Code:
The German Criminal Code (Section 86a) prohibits the public display and dissemination of symbols of unconstitutional organizations, including Nazi symbols like swastikas and SS runes. This applies to both online and offline content.

As the admin of a game hosted on German servers, creating a list of "unwanted" names that includes Nazi-related terms is a proactive way to comply with these regulations. It won't break any laws; in fact, it helps ensure your game follows German legal standards and fosters a respectful environment.

It's also a good idea to inform players from other regions about these restrictions, as the global reach of the internet means that people from different countries might interact with your game. This way, you can help prevent any unintentional violations of local laws and maintain a positive community atmosphere.

Along Many Others

I would hereby, to enlighten us specially
@Wildkins @Tunicle @EisenSeele @firesilver @SlappyTheRoach @TheKusari @Connor as game server admins according the list provided on the Forum Staff.

Please do us the favor of bringing us a list of the "Not Allowed" names. While I can understand the dislike for some ideologies of the past, I personally feel ashamed of how an esoteric symbol navigating through a page of esoterics led me to pick a name without acknowledging its historical reference.

I fully understand the need to comply, but I want to make it clear that not all of us are Europeans, some of us are Latin-Americans, maybe Asians and so, a whole "list" of symbolism, characters and other things since it don't touch us or barely do, and how the goverment never told about it in a fully manner plus our knowledge, like yours, is sometimes limited (because something is hidden, and even the best researcher struggles to get some information). This has not only happened in forums but in the whole world. Remember students in Japan using swastikas as a proud symbol? Europe may hate it, but Japan has worked well to hide history from everyone. (since they don't suffered that, is something they don't see a reason to ban or sanction). A past is not touched except by the "good wills" of their people, like any other country.

The same happened to me, so I hereby and fully request at least a list of names not to use. Instead of just "Renaming" or "Sanctioning," start making your work easier by giving the whole community a clear guideline. This way, we can avoid further discussions and enlighten people in case they commit any errors in our sensitive community.

I am personally no one to discuss this, as told with @Karidon when he bastilled me (just cause i forgot about it, and Wildkins did not put me a notice in my hold as it is done at least to me to catch something happened and review the forums)

So what i am asking? ... A list, that is all, don't wanna make yourself? then i could look every historical things and make it for you, give me the permission and i will do the task you has been unwilling to do from the past years, i will look for whole story and start writting the names of each person or unwanted symbolism should not be on game. But since you are the admins i would belive this is a task you should have been provide to us since very long time.

Thanks for your patience in reading this or at least, make notice of it.

As an user to promised review if something is "out of the line" of the game, and will "try" not commit this nuisance again. it isn't about notice, it is about enlightment and understanding how the world works, by providing a list not only help to erradicate it faster, but instead fully avoid it.

P.D: "1.0 - Don't be a dick. It's a game, try to keep it fun for everyone playing it. Behavior that falls within the technical letter of the rules but not the spirit won't be tolerated."
This is a ridiculous rule, it don't explain anything, i mean, it does at least partly, but it isn't fully clear letter to consider it as a rule.
