TLDNR: It's much easier and better for the community for us to restrict members than speech when it comes to fostering a culture where people are allowed to self-regulate the day-to-day - and that's personally the direction I'd rather go rather than to strictly police speech

EDIT: Seems a bunch of staff also feel the same way, so it's in admin teal now 8|
