Esteemed recipient,

I am Catherine Leveque, an unaffiliated novel writer. After years of living planetside in my residence in Saint-Denis, I have decided to embark on a tour trip around the Sirius Sector in search of inspiration, as well as seeing for myself how those ill-mannered Sirians could exist to sustain their collapsing cultures. As it would have it, the final part of my journey is laid through the Tau systems, hence the cause of this communique.

Given how I am naught but a simple, unaffiliated tourist, who has no plans of transporting commercial cargo in and out of our space (except for my own garments and supplies, which I intend to keep on my persona at all times), I would like to request a single-use travel permit to enter Languedoc through a Jump Gate connection in Tau-23 and cross the Trade Lane to Planet Quillan. As you understand, for my own safety, I would very much like to avoid using unstable hyperspace connections on my journey.
