[Equippment] Equipment vendor breaks after buying items not for your ship

Bug: After purchasing a Gunboat-tier mine on a Wolfhound Super Heavy Fighter, the error of "Your ship can't use this equipment" would display, and the vendor would lose the "BUY" and "SELL" buttons until the interface is closed and reopened.

Reproduction Steps:

• Step 1 - Buy a Wolfhound at Attica Station in Galileo
  
• Step 2 - Dock at Belmont Yard in Galileo
  
• Step 3 - Go to the equipment vendor
  
• Step 4 - Observe that the Gunboat Ravager & Swatter mines are highlighted as equippable
  
• Step 5 - Attempt to purchase either of those mines & observe the part of the UI disappearing
  

Additional Information: Reopening the vendor window resolves the issue, so it's nothing critical. Unsure if the mines are even supposed to show highlighted.
