All Naval Forces assets on stand-by or on irregular duties without permanent postings at our battlegroups are to report to their closest Naval Garrison District for a debrief and potential temporary re-assignment as soon as possible.

In the light of recent sightings of the terrorist organization The Order surrounding Kusari space, the Shogun reached out to the Naval Operations Headquarters
to prepare for the eventuality of an increase of domestic terrorist attacks carried out by them or the disgraceful traitors of the Dragons.

Increased standard patrols have proven to be relatively inefficient to counter a network acting undercover in the fashion of the Order, however the "Chochinbi" Special Operations Division of the Office of Intelligence managed a remarkable feat which may just let us turn Kusari's wrath against these treacherous dogs and deliver a decisive blow to their operations.

Under guidance of the excellent scientists of "Chochinbi", Naval Intelligence studied several readings inside the Kurosawa Dust Cloud and pin pointed an unstable jump anomaly. Initial scouts led by the division came to the conclusion that this connection permits entry into the current homeworld of the Order. Due to the volatile nature of the jump anomaly, full scale operations are postponed until our joint R&D departments found a potential way to stabilize it.

The IKN-Numazu is assigned as contemporary spearhead of operations and started gathering additional data. In the attachment, pilots will find a first visual where we suspect the Order's stronghold and thus their strongest defensive perimeters to exist. All pilots partaking in operations out there are recommended to report all findings to the NOH Auxiliary Division.

Effective immediately:
All KNF and KOI units with capabilities to spare, are free to assemble in the vicinity of Heaven's Gate and spearhead disruptive operations into the Order's homeworld. Order assets and Blood Dragon vessels are to be targeted indiscriminately. Everyone else found aiding the Order is a collaborator and legitimate target depending on the circumstances.
