Today, I had quiet the unexpected encounter with the Buro (BDM). Earlier that day the " '\S/'SRV-Mars" met our escort "(=) Eyes.In.The.Dark" above Tennstedt Station with the agreed prupose to run a detailed analysis of: Planet Gotha's remains, The Rift at the heart of Gotha's Core, and a secondary collapsed JumpHole in direct relational to the destruction of Gotha and the 'BlackOut Pulse'.

At the end of the conducted research near the stellar rifts within the Gotha Fragment Field (Field Report pending, and finalizing the scans of both rifts our ship was intercepted by a Buro vessel registration of 'MND - BDM|LV-Bifrost'. A Carrier with monolithic technology, the height of Rheinland's R&D shed its Cloaking Drive not 15 hundred meters off the starboard side. This de-cloaking procedure sent a ripple of particles careening into our open Augur Sensor array, creating an interesting scramble of sensor data which has now been isolated from the array data of the rifts.

Two powerful vessels of Rheinland's might: The Bifrost, with the backup of BDM U-605, an Oder-Class Gunboat sporting a massive array of experimental weaponry. They questioned our presence in the reported restricted zone and expressed their displeasure at our unauthorized entry.

It seems the Buro has been conducting their own research in the area, likely related to the collapsed jumphole bodies and the Suhl anomaly; and further did not recognize the 'Damnatio Memoriae' ability to grant escort through Thurginia. While we were able to explain our intentions and provide valuable insights, the encounter was tense and clearly revealed the delicate balance of power in the system.

The Buro stipulated a necessary and immediate escort out of the system into Rheinland House space, and reminding us to follow proper channels in the future. And then...a massive keystone revealed, the Bifrost creating a localized slip-stream within the Gotha Cloud into Frankfurt. This hyperspace generation seemed to, 'echo' off the nearby collapsed rift. Doctor Hope mentioned the hyperspace blackout pulse occurred within this system, coraborating their theory of sub-space connections between these 'wounds in The Void' that Suhl feeds off of.

Despite the incident, I believe we were able to gather valuable data and insights that could prove crucial to our ongoing research.

I've noted the name of Direktor Kai Siegfried, who seems to be the primary contact for future interactions with the Buro. I'll be sure to follow protocol and request authorization from this party for any future expeditions to the region.
