I have a problem with mercenaries having a trade wing, actually. You're one or the other.

Let me put it this way... Let us say that you are hired by the KNF to war against the BAF. Are the BAF allowed to shoot your traders to death now? By the rules, no.

Let's say, for example, that you're at war with the Outcasts. Should they now rob your transports or blow them up, since you're at war?

As Elite Tradewing commander i am the one to answer your question.

We did make The (IC) ending of our name so that all others could see that we are not a fighting force.
Offcourse If [\JG/] gets hired in a war against a house the tradewing?s will not do any trading in the House system that [\JG/] are fighting ( we might skimm the system on our route and we are fully aware that we can be destroyed onsight and will not complain if it happens in a house system). But we also expect that when Hostilities are ended that house systems understand thet we will do trading in that system.
In a short Our traders will be awoid the Warzone.
