Good evening to the Directorate.

First of all - I am Commander Chiavallati, in service to the 46th Fleet.

Second of all - accept my sincere congratulations on getting the Brooklyn Yard operational - it's a large step that'll improve Liberty's combat readiness and ability to respond to unexpected crisis situations. I am looking to make use of these facilities for their direct purpose and fund the construction of the "Akhetaten"-class to enter service in the Fourty Sixth fleet. All I need to know is precise amount required, and rough estimate of how long the construction will take.
