101st Faction Feedback

First I want to start with a little compliment. The RP for the 101st is very good. You have -some- excellent members who you should cherish and give positions of great authority because they do an excellent job (yes yes I know that zapp has a lot of authority, but Raul needs to be more important and this needs to be made clear.

I do think however that your faction has so many restrictions on the activity of its members that is becomes extremly un-attractive when compared to the other outcast factions. Here is the biggie. When do you ever raid anywhere? I know that this is an RP game and we all (well most at least) play it as such, however it is fun to go and lay down some hurt.

here is another little peice of criticism. This is a faction feedback thread, it is about giving (constructive) criticism to a faction to help them improve, so why is the title and subtitle of this thread "101st Faction Feedback, Criticism Will Not Be Tolerated". That seems to me like you're trying to present your faction as above reproach. I have a lot more patience with you eppy than most around me. Infact I think you're an alright guy, but I said it to you over skype and I'll say it here. Just chill out a bit. Life throws a few knocks and peices of criticism that you won't like in your direction. Learn from them, take it on board, but don't regard it as a personal attack every time.

I say the faction needs o present a far more friendly face out of game, and have a bit more bite in game. Get your activity up by organising a few events, go on a recruitment drive, making yourself a bit more n00b friendly. Stop the "we are the outcast overlords, fear us and our epic might" stuff because it puts people off. You have the foundation for a really good faction, but your lack of activity and incredibly restrictive regime doesn't help.

This isn't an attack, this is some friendly and honest advice, please take it as such, because I really want to see a strong ally and freind in the 101st, it would make outcast space a lot more fun.

PS. Please ease up on the indy capship thing. Restrictions and inflexibilty breed contempt, and a lot of people have been extremely upset by it. If you presented a more friendly face to the world, it would help you immensely. I know that you get frustrated by the OoRP caps flying about, and so do I, but the best way is to quietly take them aside in game, and show them the awesomeness of...
1. Flying fighters and bombers.

Oh, and, whatever happened to the 101st Ghosts of Razgriz sigs? Those things were one of the stamps of the great elite....I rather miss them.
