Hello, customer service ? I've been informed there's been some bureaucratic issues regarding my company's facility.

My sincerest apologies for not responding back earlier. I've been on an important business trip to Kusari, and apparently my staff were unsure on the proper procedure and decided to wait until my return.

Unfortunately several years ago we've been sold some faulty Nuclear Generators and we're still sorting out the fallout with parts of the station occasionally losing power, which results in some minor degradation and holes on the outer layers of the facility.

I'm sure you will understand it is located near an asteroid field, which is not the most pleasant place to be without having proper shielding coverage on all parts of the station.

Fortunately these parts are only used for goods storage, and crew presence there is minimal.

I have assigned my staff extra shifts and the transports will work double time until we can get the facility in proper order again.

Please inform on any fees or other actions needed.
