Honorable Conclave,

I'd like to voice my unhappiness with the lack of action the Conclave took on my previous report. Nevertheless, I trust your judgement that sooner or later you will see what is happening in the Dublin system and take measures accordingly. In the meantime, I took the liberty of shipping another batch of Artifacts to Halifax Freeport. And seeing that I was in the area, I bought some Basic Alloy from the Junkers of Trafalgar and supplied Fort Torrelavega. Afterwords, I took a batch of Gold refined there and shipped it to Rhodes.
