Constable Montgomery, Dealing with the destructive aftermath of the latest Corsair incursion would nearly eclipse more pressing policing matters, such as how to manage the frankly deplorable behaviour exhibited by rabble like McAscott and her associate, Captain “Gizmo” Fuentes. I am endeavouring to apply the core principles of the Community Outreach Programme in my interactions with them, and I believe we are beginning to see minor positive developments. Of course, with people of that sort, one must speak to them in a slow, clear manner and ensure that their loitering does not obstruct active trade lanes.
