The image is broken because it's hosted on Discord, which doesn't allow hotlinking. You can see it because it's within your cache. It's possible to view such images (though not embedded in browsers) by doing rightclick>copy link>pasting into Discord, where it will embed. I've done that and retrieved the image for you, and rehosted it on catbox.moe (which I highly recommend for all your image hosting needs, because imgur fucking sucks).
