Sup, everyone!

Some time ago, an announcement was made by previous administration stating that shiplocking was allowed to be requested by anyone.

As we are slowly working through the Official Faction rework, we are wanting to make one thing clear:

Shiplocks are an Official Faction benefit and will stay as a benefit for Official Factions only.

This means that any unofficial factions are unable to apply for this, unless they succeed in becoming an Official Faction themselves.
