Today, a long-serving member of our ranks has finally achieved all the possible accolades of his career path in the Rheinwehr. I am proud to say that over the course of this journey, this man has stayed true to his comrades, superiors, and the Kaiser himself! Therefore, I am doubly proud to bestow the following rank on this individual:

Korporal Elias Beist, to be promoted to the rank of Bootsmann.

I offer my firm congratulations to Bootsmann Beist, and strongly urge him to consider the next stage of his career.
