I have read your Recommendation to solve this Matter with a formal caution and Accept it. I see now that our Medical Data about the Kingdom of Bretonia is Outdated and should be updated soon. We still don't believe that a Mining Installation like LD-14 Is an Appropriate Place to hand over Patients with Potential Life-Threatening Injuries, but if the Medical Situation on Planet Harris actually Improved that much over the last years then we will Bring our Patients there in Similar Situations. I am deeply Sorry that our Well Meaned Actions towards your Officers were Perceived as a Crime and a Evil Action. Our Intentions were only to help and to make sure your Officers would be safe. As a doctor, I live by the Hippocratic Oath and try my best every day to make the Sirius sector a little better for the people who live here.

As for Mister Pickering, I must inform you that I Refuse to Issue a Formal Apology to him. At least not for the things that go Beyond the Transport to the Baffin Sector and back to Bretonia. His Behaviour on that day was a Threat to the Doctors and Medical personnel on board. Therefore we had more than enough Reasons and gave Mister Pickering Enough Chances to Calm Down. After he refused all of that we applied a Mild Sedative that would only help him to calm down so that we could do our Medical Work. And for your Information, this Kind of Behaviour already began in the Leeds System as soon as mister Pickering Woke up. We apologize for the Transport of Baffin to him as we do to the other two Officers. You are Right that Planet Harris might have been the Better Option for us to Seek Help for your Officers.

The Segant however has shown a Considerable Lack of Professionalism towards us in the past and Present. He has shown Hostility towards the Medical Vessel Penicillin many times and has even Threatened us with Boarding, the use of Peperspray against Doctors, and Even a Torpedo Attack against a Peaceful Medical vessel. We also got Accused of being Drug Dealers and slandered in other ways Several Times by Mister Pickering. As you should be aware is the Attack against a Peaceful Medical Ship a War Crime and can be considered a Crime against Humanity Itself. All we did was to offer your Officers Including Mister Pickering our Services as Medical Professionals and Tried to be of Assistance to Resolve Conflicts Peacefully.

As you have seen Proven here Mister Pickering has a Problematic Attitude against Myself and the Medical Profession. However, I am willing to apologize to Mr. Pickering for my actions if he does the same. In this case, I am also prepared to waive a civil lawsuit for slander and defamation against Mister Pickering and the CDI as his Employer. If all Sides are Willing to Apologize for Past Misunderstandings and make Peace with the actions of the Past then I am happy to Bury these Incidents Deep in our Records. But In my Professional Opinion as a Psychologist, you should send Mister Pickering to an anti-agression training and even to a Therapist to Treat his past trauma and his Psychological Problems.

Apart from the apology to Mister Pickering we are Accepting all Requirements of this Deal and hope you accept our Apology for the Things that went Wrong during that Fateful Day. I hope that we can work together in the future and have a Healthy Professional Relationship. MFE have worked together with several Naval and Police Forces in the Past and offered First Aid and Medical Training to prepare Officers to be better Prepared in the Line of Duty.
