My initial offer extended only to our respective movements, to fight common enemies in the field and leave each other alone where possible. While I'm not sure what your relationship with the Corsairs is currently, expecting you to restrain them from attacking us or us from attacking them is not going to convince even our Assembly's most idealistic members.

And if we were to find Hessian ships under attack by your forces, we would certainly try to stop you. We're not going to sacrifice them for you.

Either we come to an understanding wherein we aid each other when it's mutually beneficial and accept that we may have to deal with conflicts of interest as they come up, or we carry on as before, leaving it up in the air and letting individual pilots decide. Anything more complicated would fail very quickly.
