What happened in Delta was not the most pleasant situation. Even though I don't know what happened there, but do you seriously think that going and criticizing the faction so harshly on the forums is the best possible solution? Because of such treatment trust is lost and, as a result both sides stop listening to each other.
Also, logs as evidence... Uh... Well, I don't know, in such situations people can always say: "I was not there, I don't believe you" or "My guys said that nothing like that happened, you made it all up." I think a couple of videos as evidence would be a great demonstration of the truth in such conflicts.
UPD: I have wrote my buddies how to RP when battle is handled so next time situation shouldn't be looks like they gonna attack asap. Even with l1 l2 RP it's still possible to find a solution.
