Do you have a screenshot of the reputation bug happening? Have you tried typing "/resetrep"? As for the AI ID, it is hands down the best open access terrorist ID in the game at the moment, allowing you not only cruisers but also free engagement lines on any ship (including transports) in Omicrons, Omegas, and Sigmas. From what I remember of past AI IDs, none of them come close to the current iteration.
