Please allow me to introduce myself shortly: My name is Elias Barkas and I am the head of engineering on Reincarnation Outpost. I have been tasked with overseeing the scanning of the mining array obtained from the destroyed Core mining vessel some days ago and am writing to you to report back our observation results.
Without going too much into technical details, we have observed that the captured mining array uses a beam emitter spectrum enhanced especially in high-frequency wavelengths compared to our mining arrays. After analyzing their technology in our specialized scanning facility, we created a 3D computer model of a prototype that should emit a similar multi-spectrum beam as the captured mining array. However, we will require some specific materials to construct the first prototype:
3000 units of Basic alloy
2000 units of Robotics
2000 units of Industrial materials
1500 units of Quantum multiplexors
1500 units of Nanocapacitators
1500 units of Nanotubes
I suggest that we relocate the responsible engineers for the construction of this prototype to Crete where we surely have access to more resources and weapon construction facilities.
