I should have voice this message as soon as I took myself to the office, but due to being bogged down in bureaucracy, I have only been able to get to it now, my sincerest apologies. My name is Jack Anderson, as you may have previously seen or heard, I have recently been appointed administrator of the planet Pygar and Corfu station, as Mr. Voncloud stepped down due to a loss of confidence within Phoenix.

Since Mr. Voncloud left his position in a hurry. I would like to re-establish ties with local groups from various stations and colonies to jointly respond to issues and threats as they arise. Would be pleased to make acquaintances.
