Another Arbiter

Greetings Overwatch Command,

My ship's communication hub recently picked up an Insurgent Emergency broadcast. The source was another Arbiter Class Battleship. The captain, Captain John Miller, reports that his ship INS-Dauntless or simply Dauntless is heavy damaged with only their primary engine system operable. If Oder Command is interested in adding another Arbiter to its fleet I would advise reaching out the captain. I have attached the communication codes to this report.
